We are looking for a Jr. Logistics Specialist for our company, which is a global automobile supplier with 50 years of experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in English is a must, additional language skills are an asset. (German, French)
• Preferably experienced in automotive industry,
• Knowledge of product, process and tooling engineering,
• Customer focus, communication, team player, self-motivation, proactive and ability to lead cross-functional teams are desirable soft skills,
• Structure and discipline,
• Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
• Economic and traffic faculty preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assists in performing logistics planning tasks.
• Enters and tracks customer orders in the ERP system.
• Ensures compliance with requested quantities and delivery through collaboration with planning and production departments.
• Gives packing orders to the warehouse based on orders
• Daily work on the online portals of the VW and Stellantis group
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
• Follows all operational steps in order to give a 100% guarantee to customers regarding the time reliability of delivery.
• Approves the schedule of deliveries and collection of goods.
• Providing the data exchange between Teklas and the warehouses abroad and maintaining the operations to be done according to the demands of the customers.
• Determining the security stock policy according to the needs of company and providing the currency of the quantities in the system.
• Ensuring the customer-orders to be considered according to the Teklas policy of logistics.
