We are seeking a motivated and a proactive fluent German-speaking Business Development Expert to support our client − a global performance and media buying agency specializing in user acquisition for lead generation, dating, and mobile. Our client excels in delivering high-intent, ready-to-buy leads across verticals such as Home Services, Insurance, Finance, and Legal, leveraging the most powerful marketing platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, YouTube), and others. They also drive high-volume, results-driven user acquisition campaigns for world-renowned mobile app brands like Amazon, Starbucks, HBO Max, Douglas, and many more — across Europe, North America, and Asia. With multiple successful case studies and ongoing, highly-profitable campaigns in verticals such as eCommerce, Shopping, Entertainment, Gaming, Utilities, and Finance, they are now expanding their presence in the German and DACH region.
As a Business Development Expert, your primary responsibility will be to research, identify, and engage with potential partners in the German and DACH markets, building a consistently strong sales pipeline and closing commercial agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the advertiser network, selling services within the German and DACH region − from identifying potential opportunities, to the first contact with the brand, through to building a relationship and achieving the final contract signature
- Proactively engage with global brands, successfully negotiating and closing deals with senior stakeholders, and acting as a strong Brand Ambassador for the company
- Forge relationships with a predefined list of target prospects, as well as those you have identified yourself, utilizing your existing network of contacts to build out a strong pipeline of short, medium and long-term opportunities
- Track, maintain, and manage leads while continuously optimizing the sales process
- Travel to industry events and trade shows as required
Qualifications:
- Proven sales professional with a network of contacts in agencies, affiliate networks, and brand-owner organizations
- Extensive experience in affiliate marketing is essential
- Fluent German speaker with good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent networking and business acquisition skills
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A team player, comfortable working with a diverse remote team
- Familiarity with tools such as Everflow, Lead Prosper, HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, and Smart Sent is a plus

- A starting structure where 50% of leads are generated by the company (previous qualified leads, dormant accounts, etc.), later moving to 30% company lead generation (when the above are exhausted) and 70% your own lead generation
