Context:
We are looking for a Senior CRM Administrator with deep expertise in HubSpot to take ownership of our CRM environment and ensure it supports our commercial, operational, and compliance goals. In this senior-level role, you will drive CRM strategy and execution across sales, marketing, and service functions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure HubSpot is used effectively, securely, and in line with industry best practices.
Experience with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is valued, but hands-on mastery of HubSpot configuration, automation, integrations, and reporting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot CRM Administration:
- Serve as the internal HubSpot subject-matter expert;
- Configure and maintain all core HubSpot modules: Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Marketing Emails, Workflows, and Reporting;
- Manage user roles, team structures, permissions, pipelines, and custom properties;
- Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows and lifecycle stages;
- Lead data imports, cleansing, deduplication, and segment management.
Process Optimization & Enablement:
- Translate business needs into scalable, automated processes within HubSpot;
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve lead management, sales pipelines, customer journeys, and reporting;
- Support lead scoring, attribution models, and campaign performance tracking;
- Drive CRM adoption through training, documentation, and user support.
Integration & Data Governance:
- Oversee integrations between HubSpot and tools like ERP, websites, marketing platforms, and external databases (via native integrations, API, or middleware like Zapier, Make, etc.);
- Ensure HubSpot instance aligns with data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, industry-specific compliance);
- Own data integrity: standardization, validation rules, and audit logging.
Insights & Reporting:
- Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports for leadership and operational teams;
- Track KPIs across the customer lifecycle: MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, sales velocity, support performance, etc.
- Enable decision-making through actionable insights and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field;
- 3–5+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM, ideally in a B2B or high-compliance environment;
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, funnels, and metrics;
- Experience with CRM integrations, API workflows, and HubSpot Marketplace apps;
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Admin, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub) are a strong plus;
- Familiarity with other CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive, etc.) is beneficial;
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in regulated or sensitive industries (e.g., Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.);
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for HubSpot templates and landing pages;
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio for advanced reporting.
What We Offer:
- Strategic, high-impact role with autonomy and visibility;
- Hybrid/flexible working environment;
- Access to professional development and HubSpot Academy resources;
- Team culture that values ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement;
- Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
