- Enter and track load orders in our system
- Communicate with drivers & ensure compliance
- Monitor freight, update customers on delays
- Handle a high volume of calls
- Address telematics alerts & safety issues
What You Need:
- 1-2 years in logistics, dispatch, customer service, or operations
- HOS rules general knowledge
- Strong multitasking skills
- Fluent English & great communication
