We are looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in a dynamic and growing industry! If you are proactive, results-driven and motivated to increase your earnings, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales team to achieve revenue target
- Negotiating terms and preparing offers for transport and logistics services
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Setting and achieving sales goals in line with the company strategy
- Monitoring the market, competition, and analyzing client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery
- Develop and execute go-to market strategies for new products and services and work closely with product development teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities and results
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintain ethical standards in all business activities
Requiriments:
- Minimum 2 years experience in truck sales
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Effective problem solving, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent negotitation, communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of transport service markets ( FTL, LTL, International transport)
- Independence, proactivity and results- oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Proficiency in English
