Process Engineer

Job description:

• Creation and verification of processes and machines, as well as preparation of documentation;
• Procurement of machines, equipment and necessary tools for production
• Installation and commissioning of machines and equipment
• Calibration and testing of machines and equipment;
• Optimization of programs and processes, as well as process automation
• Development, assessment and control of the implementation of procedures and instructions (process and work) for the production and maintenance of machines
• Performing periodic inspections of machines, regular reporting on the condition and operation of machines
• Participation in solving technological problems in production
• Participation in 5S and LEAN projects (Implementation of EPS modules for continuous process improvement)
• Participation in teams for resolving customer complaints and internal non-compliance in production
• Statistical data processing, preparation of analyses and reports
• Defining spare parts for machines and equipment
• Cooperation with development engineers, as well as participation in the development of new products and sample production
• Finding new technological solutions
• Optimization of the operation of machines and equipment

Requirements:

• Engineering or mechanical education, university or college degree
• Experience in production, process, electrical or industrial engineering minimum 1 year
• English speaking skills B1
