IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE WITHIN THIS ROLE:
- Participation in the creation of digital products from the field of financial services (accounts, deposits, loans)
- Drafting all types of banking contracts (accounts, deposits, loans).
- Legal support for application of regulations in the field of banking area.
- Drafting all types of commercial contracts.
- Creating corporate governance documents (preparing materials, decision papers, minutes of meetings within the scope of governance bodies, statutory and regulatory documents).
- Providing legal advice and opinions to other organizational units within the Bank.
- Handling lawsuits filed by third parties against the Bank (representing the Bank in courts, government bodies, and institutions, as well as third parties, collecting relevant documentation for legal proceedings, drafting submissions, collaborating with attorneys).
- Monitoring and interpreting regulations.
- Communication with regulatory bodies.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- University degree in Law and successful completion of the bar exam.
- Knowledge of banking regulations.
- General understanding and knowledge of business processes in banking
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions in the banking sector
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level, familiarity with the MS Office suite, and possession of a valid driver's license (Category B).
