Quality Control and Management Officer

Main duties:

·         Maintain focus on internal quality procedures, standards, and specifications

·         Ensure compliance with operational work standards

·         Communicate with customers and follow customer requests

·         Assess customer requirements and ensure they are met

·         Specify quality requirements for raw materials with suppliers

·         Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and customers’ special requests

·         Work with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, and systems

·         Implement and verify corrective actions

·         Write technical reports and customer charters

·         Record, analyze, and distribute statistical information

·         Manage IATF 16949 certification processes in the organization

·         Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949 and other relevant standards, including updating documentation, preparing for internal and external audits, and participating in audits for customers, suppliers, and internal processes

·         Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, senior management, or the General Director

What we expect:

·         Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing)

·         Advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and professional business communication

·         Work experience in the same or a similar position is an advantage

·         Problem-solving skills

·         Assertive and approachable personality

·         Preferably, a certificate for IATF 16949 or another relevant qualification for this position

·         Strong presentation skills

·         Driving license B (preferably with automatic transmission driving skills)

·         Minimum secondary school diploma – Level IV
