We are a small, family-owned trucking company based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois with a branch office in Jagodina and Belgrade, Serbia. Looking to hire an on-site Dispatcher for our team in Belgrade and Jagodina.

Requirements:
- Great written, speaking, and writing English skills
- 4+ year experience is a plus
- Willingness to work by the Chicago/CST schedule (3pm-12am (Serbian time), Monday-Friday)
- Understanding of the trucking industry and excellent computer skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- Multitasking

- High – level focus on customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Providing logistical coordination to all cargo motor vehicles engaged in the territory of the United States
- Negotiation fot the purpose of contracting services and the price of the same
- Finding new business clients, either through direct engagement or mediation
- Fulfilling special client requirements
- Entering data on contracted tours into the internal software
- Collection and processing of the signed delivery note after unloading
- Communication with drivers and other employees
- Performs other tasks on the orders of the immediate superior
