Senior Financial Controller

At s360, a leading European digital agency, we're embarking on an exciting new chapter by launching a world-class centre of excellence in Belgrade. For our Finance department we’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Financial Controller.

What you’ll do:

This role will be crucial in managing our UK and Norway finance operations where you will collaborate directly with the Managing Directors and the Group Head of Finance.

Your responsibilities will be to: 

• Provide support to local management and teams in the UK and Norway.
• Perform bookkeeping and reconciliations for month-end closing and reporting.
• Handle invoicing and control of all sales.
• Follow up on overdue invoices.
• Approve vendor invoices.
• Manage bank reconciliations for the UK and Norway.
• Execute ad hoc controlling tasks.

You will join our Group Finance team and report directly to the Group Head of Finance. The expected start date is Monday, November 10th.

Finance professional with experience.

We’re looking for a colleague who is curious, structured, and ready to grow with us.

You likely recognise yourself in the following:

• Min. 2-4 years of work experience at a major accounting firm (e.g., Big 4)
• Min. 2 years of work experience as Financial Controller or similar in a company - preferably with international operations.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping, accounting system processes, and controlling.
• Strong English language skills, as all communication will be in English
• Well-structured with strong analytical skills
• Strong drive and commitment to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Open to feedback and able to adapt accordingly.
• Proactive mindset: continuously keeping a good overview of own tasks and deadlines, providing proactive status updates and flagging potential issues early
