Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
• Support ad hoc business & office needs and requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the IT sector
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in effective communication, both written and spoken, in English and Serbian.
