Android Software Engineer – Technical Lead
You will be a part of a new team that will work with one of the major ICT companies in the world. As an Android Software Engineer – Technical Lead you will have to promote and display initiative and innovation, have strong research practices and deliver high quality software, on time. You will need to be able to work in an agile development process and employ best-in-class development practices, such as version control, bug tracking, code reviews, design patterns, refactoring and unit tests. Additionally, you’ll need to be detail-oriented and thorough in your approach to research methodology, but flexible enough to work within time and product constraints.

But we set the bar high, here is what we expect:
- 3 or more years of experience of hands-on application development based on (latest) Android SDK
- Hands-on experience with Android application development
- 3 or more years of experience with OO languages (Java, C++)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Passion and iniciative for continual learning about new technologies and approaches
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to travel abroad
Following skills will be considered an
advantage:
- Experience with development for mobile devices on platforms other than Android
- Knowledge of Web services: REST, SOAP
- Experience with large-scale java server applications
