Computer Systems Analyst

for a permanent appointment within the US Department of State, Information Service Center (ISC).

Computer Systems Analyst is one position advertised at three levels - the full performance level as well as at the two training levels.

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION

• The Computer Systems Analyst is responsible for handling, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Embassy's SharePoint internal sites, handling of SharePoint customer service and SharePoint user support training. The duties also include responsibilities for general customer and systems support, as well as assistance with network installations, operations and maintenance.
