Management Trainee Program for Young Professionals
The program is designed for a high potential candidate with 2-5 years of professional/leadership experience gained in a Production environment, with Academic degree in a technical subject, completed with very good results (GPA higher than 9) and with potential to assume a managerial position at the end of the program, in our company from Subotica or abroad.
Duration of the training program: two years
The position reports to General Manager
Job requirements
- Young professional with about 2 – 5 years of professional/leadership experience related to Operations (Production Management, Industrial Engineering etc.)
- Academic degree in a technical subject, completed with very good results (grade point average higher than 9.00)
- International experience, e.g. through study, internship or work abroad
- Mobility and willingness to work in Subotica or abroad during the training and after completion
- Potential to quickly assume a managerial position, team player, resilient and assertive
- A motivated, energetic, committed, result oriented person who is able to cope with a complex project and able to deliver results in time
- Excellent communication skills in English
- MS Office
