Corporate Communications Contractor

We are looking for a Corporate communications contractor to join our team!

If you are ready to support our executive communications leaders and drive impactful employee engagement strategies, and if it is easy for you to communicate in English, take a closer look at the main duties:

• Implement communications plans and tactics in support of executive communications leaders to enhance the employee experience
• Regularly write in English email messages, educational articles, presentations and other content, including supporting webcasts, primarily for company internal audiences
• Execute communications tactics and strategy with cross-functional teams across marketing, communications and business leaders
• Develop editorial calendars, track employee engagement of communications efforts and reflect on data to improve engagement
• Understand and embrace overall client messaging to ensure a consistent employee experience with the new brand
• Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with his qualifications, as directed by Employer

Additional information:

• Daily shifts (10 am - 6 pm)
• Office-based position

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields, or equivalent experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience in copywriting, journalism, communications, or public relations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Skilled in crafting thoughtful responses to employees, customers, and media
• Proactive, creative thinker with strong relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working with all position levels, from interns to senior management
• Collaborative team player with project management experience
