Main Responsibilities:
- Early EHS risk assessment, control and supervision during acceptance of new processes, new facilities or equipment;
- Set up vocational protection system, including medical check for high-risk positions, safety protection methods, etc.;
- Implement the three-level safety education and training, and annual safety knowledge refresh training;
- Responsible for construction, operation, improvement of the EHS management system (ISO14001 & OHSAS18001);
- Communicate with relevant government departments, put laws and regulations into daily management;
- Investigate accidents, find root causes, set up lesson-learn and communicate with government for necessary actions;
- Environment protection, waste management, fire protection;
- Responsible for tracking and supervision of EHS improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- College degree or above;
- More than 5 years of EHS management experience;
- Fluent in English;
- State exam for occupational health and safety;
- State exam for fire protection;
- Familiar with Serbian law, regulation and best practice for EHS;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Experience in maintaining relationships with government EHS departments.
