Executive Group – Full-service corporate communications, government relations, marketing and branding advisory is looking for an  

Account Manager

(reference code MNG)

For this position, the successful candidate will have exceptional public relations, communication, marketing and writing skills.
In addition to the primary responsibilities outlined below, Executive Group expects its team member to be motivated and exceptionally detail-oriented. The Account Manager must be able to work independently and deliver quality results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage relationships with a diverse set of clients
• Serve as a strategic advisor and perform tactical execution
• Provide comprehensive customer service and meet established deadlines
• Manage expectations with accounts to ensure client satisfaction and deliver results
• Anticipate client needs and identify creative ways by which to grow existing accounts
• Build and maintain effective relationships with media important to clients
• Create strong, innovative pitches that resonate with reporters/editors
• Plan and implement special events
• Manage and coordinate production of materials, such as press kits, brochures and other

• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Experience with media outreach
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Public speaking and presentation abilities
• Self confident, energetic, detail-oriented and customer focused personality
• Personal initiative and innovation
• Confidentiality and good judgment
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to deal with difficult, and occasionally stressful situations

Qualifications:

• Good command of English
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Relevant university degree
