Finance Manager

Main Responsibilities

• System construction: build the organization of the Finance Department, financial management system, and is responsible for the recruitment and training of employees under the department;
• Financial management: organization of the company's day-to-day financial management, supervision of monthly, quarterly and annual closure of accounts, review of external reports and various tax declarations, and coordination of the annual audit;
• Cost accounting: establish and maintain the company's cost management system, an its accounting for product costs and period costs, and deal with its related accounts.
• Operation Analysis: Responsible for the monthly company operation analysis, analysis of the company's business activities and financial situation, recommendations, to ensure that the company's business objectives reached;
• Annual budget: according to the business planning to develop enterprise medium and long-term plan and annual budget, co-ordinate the company's overall profit targets, and down to the business departments, the formation of annual assessment indicators, for the budget annual management of the operation to provide reference;
• Internal control management: according to the business unit internal control system, leading the departments of internal control system review and annual internal control self-examination, and is responsible for docking group regular internal audit and rectification project improvement tracking, continue to enhance the company's risk defense capabilities
• Others: Coordinate with banks, industry and commerce, taxation and other government departments, as well as bookkeeping companies, auditing firms and other relations, to protect the interests of the company; and other work arranged by the Division Finance Director.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above, accounting, financial management related majors;
• Relevant financial certificates is plus.
• At least 5 years of cost management experience (cost accounting experience and more than 2 years of cost analysis experience), R & D cost budgeting and management experience;
• Priority to large-scale production and manufacturing industry financial management experience.

• Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft office, ERP system (SAP, etc.) software systems.
