Financial Administrator – Full-time and with professional experience

Responsibilities

• Creating business analyses and project reports to support company strategy
• Operational project controlling to ensure economic target achievement
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing and preparing relevant documents
• Managing and processing travel expense claims
• Cross-checking contractual documents with our policy
• Providing administrative support in various financial matters

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) with strong knowledge of financial processes
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage
• Motivated with a positive attitude, strong organizational and time-management skills
• Highly responsible and detail-oriented, Team player who can also work independently
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel abroad for training in other ADL offices
