GALILEO ADRIATIC D.O.O. is looking for

Customer Support and Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products
• Customer support – Help Desk
• Research potential customers through different means
• Develop product knowledge
• Identify and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications & experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to use Excel, Word and Power Point programs
• Minimum 3 years experience in airline, travel agency or GDS business

Skills:

• The ideal candidate must be energetic and self-motivated individual, committed with company goals and the quality of his work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and provide a positive company image
• Must have excellent manners
• Very good communication skill, oral and written in English and Serbian
