Call Center Agent

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Call Center Agent

(several positions)

Responsibilities:

• Effectively respond to customer requests by phone, email and/or chat
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding service cost, vehicle type, company policies, etc.
• Enter reservations in the company system
• Promote relevant products
• Respond to questions and complaints from customers and record them appropriately
• Ability to work in shifts, including afternoon and night shifts and weekends

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
• Customer service orientation
• Decision making skills and analytical approach to solving problems
• Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
• Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Minimum high school diploma
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Six months experience in a similar position desired
