HR Business Partner

Job description:

• Supports and executes the local HR strategy and other strategic initiatives for human resources with the appropriate manager, as well as advises and supports the management of the company.
• Encourages local implementation of efficient HR programs (e.g. people development, implementation of compensation and benefits schemes, organizational development and change), which are derived from global HR strategies.
• Closely cooperates with the HR administration team in all employment processes and matters.
• Advises management on all general HR matters, processes and compliance issues, based on local legislation.
• Encourages the implementation of HR management strategies and undertakes appropriate actions needed for implementing local HR strategies.
• Assures quality and adherence to local standards for key HR processes
• Trains managers on manager-employee relations.

Job requirements:

• Education level: high level education or higher
• Education type: bachelor’s degree in psychology, economy, law or similar
• Required skills: Excellent knowledge of English and/or German language, high level computer proficiency
• Work experience: 3 – 5 years at same or similar jobs
