Adecco, as an HR partner is looking for reliable candidate in the role of HR Director, located in Čačak

​​​​​​​Education & Skills Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 
• 5 years of working experience in HR, at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role (HRBP or HR Generalist experience is preferred)
• Labour law knowledge is a must
• Exposure to WCM or similar processes in production could be significant advantage or at least willingness to learn fast
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Experience in strategy and people management is beneficial
• Proficiency in English language
• Strong digital and MS office skills

Job responsibilities:

• Management of the organizational unit: planning, organization of work, implementation, motivating employees and control
• Organization of training, development and evaluation, recruitment and all other processes
• Employer branding strategy and activities improvement
• Creation of HR strategies and procedures for various HR functions
• Developing a motivation system for the successful work of employees, based on the adopted plan and budget
• Implementation of annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans
• Monitoring employee satisfaction
• Payroll - responsible for carnets, control, and transfer of data for salary calculation
• Creation of HR strategy, job analysis and organizational design
• Monitoring changes in legal regulations and implementation in business
• Team management and work organization
