Requirements:
- College degree or above in HR related majors
- Good knowledge about HR modules, at least 3 years of related experience
- Excellent English & Serbian listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- Target oriented, well organized and highly motivated
Responsibilities:
- Budget planning, inbound and outbound management, performance management, training management, time and attendance management, team building and integration, etc.
- Lead or support the overall HR specific work of the company, such as curriculum development, campus recruitment, employer branding, etc
- Creating and updating HR documentation
- Organizing of personal files and updating databases
- Issuing with all requests from employees
- Assist to HR manager
