Job Description:
You, the Senior Web Developer, would be employed to work specifically on the various digital projects & accounts working alongside the Digital Project Manager or Account Manager.
Depending on your experience and project requirements you may play a role of a Technical Lead and/or a role of a Software Architect also. Due to this, we require an individual with analytical thinking and problem solving experience. Our projects are typically medium to large in size and are fully handled in-house from concept to hosting and maintenance. The websites and applications that we develop are almost always integrated with a content management system and often with other third party applications and systems.
Our projects are primarily based on .NET, XML and XSLT.
We use SDL Tridion and Umbraco as our CMS of choice. We are also looking to grow our SharePoint knowledge.
We are seeking a confident communicator and problem solver who is professional and courteous, proactive and has the ability to get things done. You must have proven track record in medium to large website projects based on .NET technology.

After several years as a developer (software engineer), you are now ready for the next step. You are capable of capturing both the functional requirements as well as to ensure high quality in terms of security and performance. You are comfortable to work with people from other disciplines and can collaborate with clients. Your profile should consist of:
- University or College degree (Information Sciences, Systems, Software Engineering).
- Ability to freely communicate in English (both verbal and written communication).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience with core focus on website development in .NET technology is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML & XSLT.
- Additional experience with content management systems or Microsoft SharePoint is a big bonus.
- Attention to detail and quality is a must.
- Sensitivity to usability and design is a big plus.
- Mature responsible outlook, ability to work independently when required, good attention to detail, proactive and an enthusiastic team player.
- The ability to work in a deadline driven, sometimes pressured environment.
