Information Centre Communication Analyst

On behalf of our client, a successful international company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: Information Centre Communication Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• Providing and supporting local activities and smooth operation of the info centres
• Developing, presenting and maintaining a favourable relation with communities and external stake holders by providing information on the project development  
• Identifying and responding to community needs, supporting Communication & CSP team by organizing active engagement of the info centres, planning and communication
• Supporting planning and organizing events at IC for disseminating information to the local community
• Communicating Information to the members of the public/visitors of the IC on the project in person, by post, email or phone.
• Managing relationships with external stakeholders visiting IC
• Being proactive to ensure the positive impacts and support for the project
• Ensuring that centres are well presented, organised, easy to use information and accessible
• Ensuring that IC’s are well stocked with leaflets and posters about requested information and presented as pre Company Branding policy
• Collecting the necessary information and request from the interested stake holders
• Preparing reports on IC operations for the management 
• Providing support for Communication department and CSP

Requirements:

• College or University Degree in any relevant field e.g Communications, Public Relations, business, Economic Development, social science
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills (both Serbian and English)
• A motivated and customer focused approach to work
• Problem solving ability and negotiations skills to smoothly organize center operations
• Knowledge of local context, economy and livelihood with comprehensive understanding of potential key partners (CSOs, NGOs, community groups and associations).

Experience:

• Pre entry experience dealing with the public and interreacting with the community stakeholders 
• A minimum od 2-3 years of experience in hands-on and operational roles, not necessarily in, but associated with communities and social performance or communication
