Seeks for a

Legal Officer - Serbia

In Belgrade (traveling occasionally to other MOL Group locations)

Responsibilities:

• Represent Intermol d.o.o. Serbia before court and authorities
• Ensure Intermol’s legal compliance under applicable Serbian legislation and regulations and MOL group guidelines
• Provide legal support to the business and functional units with special regards to enforcing the group guidelines
• Provide legal assistance in the process of contracting and contract disputes
• Draft, proofread and prepare legal documents and provide legal solutions to issues as required by the business and functional units
• Acquiring various kinds of license, certificates and confirmations as required by the business and functional units and applicable Serbian laws and regulations, ensure Management of the Legal Archive;
• Cooperate with MOL Group in-hose-lawyers and external legal advisors

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of experience in the field of civil, corporate, labor competition, real estate, commercial and tax law
• Degree of a Legal University
• Bar exam is an advantage
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Highly organized person with analytical mind and attention to details
• Ability and flexibility to work in fast-moving environment under strict deadlines
• Strong communication skills in Serbian and English
• Driving license preferable
• Multinational experience or experience in low office is an advantage
