Job responsibilities:
· Communication with international customers (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, email, live chat);
· Providing support to clients; help with current issues;
· Registration of information in the database;
· Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.
Required qualifications:
· Knowledge of languages: English and Hungarian (B2 level and higher);
· Competent spoken and written language;
· Confident PC user;
· Readiness and ability to learn;
· Communication skills;
· Responsibility;
· Stress resistance.
