Job Description:

• Calling small and medium businesses as well as individual consumers in the USA
• Qualify leads per their willingness to buy insurance
• Collect basic data from qualified leads
• Transfer calls or schedule appointments with qualified leads

Fundamental Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language, especially conversational is a must
• Ability to work American time-zone hours (at least part-time)
• Patience and ability to handle the occasional rude response

Not a requirement but it is a plus:

• Faculty of Philology degree
• Experience living in an English-speaking country
• Work experience in communication with native English speakers
