Electrical Engineer
Job Description: 
Duties will include electrical engineering design, building information modeling (BIM) using appropriate software, drafting using AutoCAD software, drawing production, specification writing, discipline coordination between the various trades, shop drawing and submittal reviews, construction site reviews. Focus will be on the electrical systems for buildings, however, this position may also include assisting with other building systems and the construction process in the various engineering disciplines: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and construction services. The work may include base building and tenant interior systems on commercial, retail, mixed-use, residential, and various other types of projects. Duties may also include the review of systems designed by others, interface with code officials and contractors, working with architects and other clients. This individual will work in a multi-discipline, team environment with primary responsibility for the design and production of construction documents for commercial and institutional projects as well as the design of building systems. The engineer will also assist with the design and specification of control systems, system layouts, load calculations, equipment sizing and selection.
Required Skills & Required Experience: 
- University degree in electrical engineering.
- Must have excellent knowledge of English and be familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, Internet.
- At least 5 years of experience with MEP projects, especially, electrical systems design.
- Must be a registered/licensed engineer in Serbia. Preferably an ideal candidate will have experience from Middle East, North America or Asia.
- Assists in preparing quantity and construction cost estimates as requested.
- Must have experience designing electrical systems and producing design documents for buildings in AutoCAD.
- Must be a self-starter with initiative, drive and determination, willing to solve problems on his own with minimal help of other team member.
- A candidate must be highly motivated, have excellent organizational skills and strive to providing high quality, precise and accurate design.
- Should continually review processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- May act as day to day supervisor to CAD Technicians by assigning work, answering questions and checking work for accuracy

Mechanical/HVAC Design Engineer
Job Details: 
You will be working under the general supervision of an Engineer or Project Manager. As a HVAC Designer, you will be expected to perform varied design assignments requiring general familiarity with a broad field of engineering and knowledge of other disciplines/fields, but the main focus will be on HVAC projects.
Requirements:
- Graduate in mechanical engineering.
- At least five (5) years of related working experience.
- Ensure that the accuracy and quality of technical design work meets or exceeds standards.
- High level of attention to details.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Producing calculations for heat loss/gain, equipment selections and duct/pipe sizing.
- Providing design and technical support for the layout, design and specification of HVAC and/or process (ventilation) systems for industrial plants, residential buildings and other facilities.
- Examine assignment objectives and instructions in order to achieve clear understanding.
- Follow North American standards for design and drafting procedures to achieve results.
- Must have strong computer oriented skills (familiarity with 2D/3D AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Is responsible to prepare estimates of time required for project completion.
- Should continually review processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Will assist in the updating of specifications, details and manuals.
- Make decisions within established guidelines, procedures, and practices.
- Work without supervision when required.
- Duties are assigned with detailed oral and written instructions and procedures to be followed.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Computer-Aided Design/Drafting from a recognized technical institute, or equivalent training/experience background.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD 2010 and Autolisp.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD enhanced products is not a must, but is considered an asset.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in production of engineering design drawings, in a consulting engineering environment.
- Extensive experience in 2-D and 3-D modelling of HVAC and/or industrial projects, including piping, is preferred.
- A candidate must be highly motivated, have excellent organizational skills and strive to providing high quality, precise and accurate design.
- Must have excellent knowledge of English and be familiar with MS Office, Internet.

Plumbing Engineer
Job Description and requirements:
- Design and layout engineering drawings within Plumbing specialty.
- Complete Plumbing calculations including water supply, storm, and equipment sizes.
- Design Plumbing systems including sanitary waste, vent, storm, domestic water distribution systems, and purified water systems.
- Design medical gas systems, compressed air, vacuum, and natural gas systems.
- Designs, selects, schedules, sizes and specifies basic Plumbing system components to include plumbing fixtures, drains, and equipment.
- Design and select fire protection systems and equipment.
- Assigns the final drafting to CAD Technicians.
- Understands and applies applicable industrial codes as related to buildings and Plumbing design.
- Assists in preparing quantity and construction cost estimates as requested.
- Works to meet design schedules and complete tasks on budget.
- Capable of producing graphs, charts, overlays, plans, details, isometric and perspective drawings.
- Assists in the review of shop drawing submittals as requested and posts modifications as needed.
- Provides project information to staff and clients as requested through attendance at project meetings, e-mail, correspondence etc.
- Assists in developing and maintaining project work plan and monitors team progress.
- Should continually review processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- May act as day to day supervisor to CAD Technicians by assigning work, answering questions and checking work for accuracy
- Consistently provides day to day encouragement and feedback when necessary so others can work together effectively, and execute activities in relation to importance, with virtually no conflict
