Process Engineer

Due to the new challenges within LAFARGE BFC – Beočin, we are searching for highly motivated candidates to join our process engineering department team on the position of:

Process engineers – two positions (ref.no.8024)

Responsibility:

Process Engineer will execute all the activities to improve the performance of the process and equipment, including field measurements, as well as reseach studies, project definition and its supervision and implementation. S/He has to be able to identify and understand performances of equipment, carry out studies upstream of projects, to lead process checks, and to organize and manage on-site audits. S/He will be responsible for the quality of information regarding the production process and S/he will conduct all measures in order to increase productivity, have better economic and health impact on its sorounding. The important roll would include active presence in preparation of investment programs as well as partizipation in research of new materials. S/He will report directly to process manager.

Requirements:

The successful candidate has backround in Chemistry, Physics and Chemical Engineering, as well as Mechanical, Tehcnology and Technical.  Experience is not mandatory. Finnishing students as well as engineers up till 2 years of working experience are welcomed to apply for this job. S/He is willing to learn, and to invest time in further education and trainings. S/He has excellent communication and organizational skills, computer literacy and speaks English fluently. Second language or will to learn new language is an advantage.
