Logistics Customer Sales Representative (3PL/Brokerage)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Logistics Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients (shippers), building long-term relationships, and promoting trucking and logistics services for a US based 3PL. You will work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure our clients receive the best possible transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and pursue new sales opportunities to increase company revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present and promote our trucking and logistics services to potential customers, demonstrating the benefits and value propositions of our offerings.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide timely feedback and reports on sales activity to management.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance company visibility and generate leads.

Requirements:

• Active book of business is preffered. 
• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of transportation services, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
