1. Prepares changeover of tooling aiming for a quick changeover, while conforming to standards

• Consults production planning
• Prepares changeovers of production by validating check-list
• Carries out production changeovers following intervention procedures (assembly, dismounting of tooling, devices, conveyors, etc..)
• Ensures supplies of raw material for injection presses
• Analyzes causes and decides appropriate means and methods to carry out tasks

2. Ensures changeover of production, while conforming with the standards of the injection technical file and minimizing the changeover time

• Mounts tooling on machine by respecting safety conditions and ensuring good working order
• Carries out level 1 maintenance
• Carries out standard tuning on all machines necessary for manufacturing in conformity with the production launched
• Ensures conformity of the workstation layout and its cleanliness

3. Carries out the production launch, while minimizing scrap from SOP.

• Carries out and validates inspection operations at the start-up ( safety, presence of documents at the workstation such as Production programmes, manufacturing data, GALIA labels, material components)
• Checks conformity of workstation with layout sheet
• Checks good working order of the machine, devices and tooling ( dimensional check, by attributes, boundary sample)
• Does the posting of the start-up documents
• Records any non-conformities noticed or technical operations of tuning carried out in the procedure log book

4. Carries out product/process follow-up and intervenes for repairs

• Provides information on process monitoring following modifications of parameters
• Informs their supervisor
• Checks conformity of cycle time compared to referenced standard time
• Participates in progress actions in the zone (LEAN tools) and generally in improvements of workshop processes and equipment
• Analyzes and corrects any process deviations
• Updates all documents or databases related to their job
