Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily activities of the equipment maintenance team.
Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Assist the Equipment Maintenance Manager in developing maintenance plans and technical documentation.
Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting.
Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
Ensure safe operation of production equipment and compliance with company safety standards.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to support manufacturing operations.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team management experience.
Fluent English and Serbian.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Good communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
