Requirements:
- Graduate Computer Science/Electronics/Mathematics/Physics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in verification domain, SV and/or “e” (Specman) languages
- Must be proficient with OOP (C++, Java)
- Knowledge of Digital Integrated Circuits
- Knowledge of Hardware Description Languages (VHDL/Verilog/Vera) desired
- Knowledge of finite state machines, graph theory desired
- Proficient Unix user
- Good English knowledge
- Candidate must have an open mind and an unparalleled ability to learn a new design and new verification
- methodologies.
- Candidate must possess good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Following skills will be a plus:
- Familiar with scripting tools and languages (e.g. bash, csh, awk, Perl)
- Familiar with development tools (e.g. make and versioning tools (e.g. CVS, RCS)
- Familiar with methodologies such as (from higher to lower interest): OVM, eRM, VMM.
Responsibilities:
- Review RTL architectural and implementation specifications.
- Develop or maintain ASIC verification environments to support ASIC development.
- Maintain existing ASIC verification environments.
- Create stimulus drivers, monitors, dataflow models, and test plans to verify function and performance of
- advanced multiprotocol networking Asics.
- Define and develop application tests required to verify ASICs meet functional and performance goals.
- Define and implement functional coverage plans.
- Develop testing and regression methodologies for new verification flow.
- Develop /maintain /enhance environment tools /scripts /make files.
- Evaluate CAD tools used in the verification process and provided by top-most EDA companies; understand
- and report tool bugs, provide EDA company feedback about tool usage and suggestions for improvement.

Job description:
The Administrator is responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support the company's operations.
The Administrator reports to the General Manager and is responsible for assisting with preparation of financial statements, maintaining cash controls supervising the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations. The Administrator must work in compliance with all Serbian Acts and Legislation.

The Administrator would normally attain the required knowledge, skills and attitudes through completion of a Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration and/or completion of second level of a recognized accounting program combined with related financial experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the Company's finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist with preparation of the budget
- Prepare and reconcile general bank statements
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
- Prepare income statements
- Prepare balance sheets
- Maintain financial files and records
- Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances
- Administer employment agreements
- Verify and report on benefits payments
- Maintain the leave management system
- Review payroll reports
- Supervise administrative services within the Company's office
- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
- Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment
- Administer contracts
- Make sure that the office premises are in good shape.
- Perform other related duties as required
