In addition to the organizational and logistical support of day-to-day proceedings, the responsibilities of the Office Manager would include the following:
Responsibilities
- Providing complete administrative and communication support to the directors and the management team
- Handling the official documents, financial matters (preparation of reports, documentation for bookkeeping and invoices, as well as keeping records of their timely payment, etc.) and assisting our accountant
- Overseeing the office budget and keeping records of all office expenses
- Obtaining office supplies (coffee, water, etc.) and keeping a record of all the purchases
- Organization of all activities related to the maintenance of the office and office equipment
- Organization of all company activities (celebrations, birthdays, trips, meetings, etc.)
- Performing administrative tasks in APR, bank, Institute for Social Insurance, PIO Fund, etc.
- Handling employment and termination forms, holiday request forms, sick leave request forms, payroll processing, etc.
- Facilitating meeting with clients and organizing meetings for the management team
- Receiving and sending all work-related mail
Requirements
- Economics education or business school
- Previous work experience (similar or same job positions)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages
- Knowledge of the English language
- Responsible when setting priorities
- Analytical
- Committed, communicative, kind, and proactive
