You don’t have any previous experience in customer service, but you are fluent in Italian? Don’t worry, we are here to support you in becoming experienced customer support operator!

So, the primary aim of this role is to provide day-to-day support and communication with customers while maintaining and enhancing team/company performance as the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers. 

Your day-to-day activities as Customer Service Operator will include:

• Effectively resolving customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
• Managing incoming customer requests via live chat, phone and email, while building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Maintaining broad knowledge of all relevant planetwin365 products, services and promotions, and take that extra mile to engage customers.

This is required of you in order to deliver great results

• You are fluent in Italian language and have good English knowledge – this one is a must since our customers are located across Italy.
• You have basic knowledge in MS Office and computer skills
• It is definitely a plus if you are familiar with CRM systems and also interested in sports betting & online gaming industry.
• Proven capability as a problem solver, able to multitask with an ability to work individually or as part of a team will make you stand out.
• Last but not the least, this position requires shift work as well as working from the office during onboarding, so it is important that you are comfortable with it.
