PMI SERVICE CENTER EUROPE SP. Z O.O. (PMI SCE) WAS ESTABLISHED IN LATE 2005. PMI SCE IS INCREASINGLY SERVING PHILIP MORRIS INTERNATIONAL INC. EUROPEAN AFFILIATES' FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING, HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) AND INFORMATION SERVICES (IS) NEEDS.

HR Customer Representative (Serbian Speaker)
Location: Kraków, Poland

You are an energetic, committed and passionate individual who is an excellent problem solver and enjoys cooperation with clients. You possess well developed communication skills and the resilience to cope with challenges.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
The HR Customer Representatives are the primary points of contact for all HR related issues and requirements of the PMI European affiliates' employees. They perform diverse transactions and duties in order to provide guidance and answer varied questions within the scope of HR policies and procedures.
Specifically, you will:
- Handle incoming queries and provide solution to the employees and managers' requests for information, assistance or service in cooperation with the HR Services team
- Proactively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of all cases related to the assigned country from receiving the request to providing the final answer to the customer and seeking feedback
- Prepare all necessary documentation as per process requirements
- Run and provide standard SAP reports for the customers
- Perform audits of SAP data input done by HR Services group
- Prepare/check translations of various HR documents in English and Serbian
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You are a final year student or have a University degree
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in Serbian
- You have a good working knowledge of English language
- You have strong personal computer skills, including MS Office
