Payroll Specialist

ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts and thus invests in the future in a targeted way. We are expanding our teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleague to join our team in Pančevo.

What can you look forward to as Payroll Specialist:

• Responsible for the full payroll cycle, ensuring it is in accordance with legal regulations and company’s standards
• Responsible for the process of calculation and control of the salaries and related payments, ensuring the process is completed in a timely and correct manner
• Collects, processes, and controls records of attendance and absence from work, as well as sick leave, paid/unpaid leave of employees, and overtime hours
• Collects all necessary data, calculates and controls the payment of salaries, transportation, as well as other payments and benefits (meal allowance, vacation allowance, overtime, bonus payments, etc.)
• Provides support to the employees, as well as department managers on all issues related to the calculation of salaries and other employee benefits
• Responsible for preparation of bank statements and other certificates on employees’ or external institutions’ requests
• In charge of reporting and analytics in their domain of work

Your profile as Payroll Specialist:

• Completed University degree in a field of Finance, Business Administration, or similar
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the automotive industry or similar production systems
• Experience in working in international teams/organizations
• Previous experience in HR Operations preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (with advanced knowledge of MS Excel), knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Knowledge of Power Apps preferred
• Experience in working with ticketing systems (SNOW) preferred
• Fluent English language skills
• Independence in work, high organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Proven experience in process improvement
