As a part of LEONI Group, LEONI Wiring Systems Southeast doo is established in Prokuplje in 2009. Furthermore, increased needs in harness production and interests of other byers enabled LEONI board to decide to open a new factory in Malošište (near Niš) in 2014. Due to further expansion of business portfolio, one more factory is opened in Niš. Since we are in the process of opening a new factory complex in Kraljevo, we are looking for interested candidates. Production Segment Leader PS Kraljevo

Your challenges:

Planning and adopting measures to achieve goals in the particular segment (efficiency, quality, employee motivation, costs)
Planning the production capacity (equipment, staff) in accordance with the needs of customers
Budget and time management
Monitoring relevant key indicators and establishing appropriate measures if indicators are below planned
Cooperation with the sectors of Industrial engineering and Production engineering in order to implement technical changes, work instructions and workflow
Cooperation with the Quality control sector to ensure that all quality standards are fulfilled
Management and development of employees in the team

Your qualifications:

University degree (technical, mechanical or electrical orientation is an advantage)
Professional experience of minimum two years in the leadership positions
Relevant experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
Advanced English language skills (spoken and written)
Advanced MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer-oriented approach
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to make quick decisions considering all aspects of the given situation
