Dundee Precious Metals is a Canadian-based, international mining company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, mining, and processing of precious metals properties. DPM operates across Serbia, Bulgaria, and Ecuador with headquarters in Toronto, Canada.

For the needs of our “Čoka Rakita” Project department in the in the territory of the municipality of Žagubica, we are currently looking to recruit a candidate for the Project Assistant position.

Role Purpose:

Manages all technical documentation of engineers, project managers and designers to ensure control over documents and compliance with the Company's standards and uniform engineering practices.

 Description of responsibilities:

  • Receives and issues documents through handover protocols, incoming and outgoing;
  • Ensures that all engineering documents are checked and submitted before the end date;
  • Ensures that the documents are formatted and without errors in the names of the files before they are handed over to the recipient (department) in order to avoid confusion;
  • Ensures that controlled copies of the latest approved versions of documents and drawings are handed over to the relevant staff, contractors and suppliers;
  • Generates reports on the status of various documents;
  • Assists in the control of the document verification cycle;
  • Assists engineers in document control as needed;
  • Prepares and maintains the register for control of the design documents of the department;
  • Registers and submits all documentation between the design department, contractors, suppliers and the independent consultant supervising the construction activities;
  • Keeps all approved documents and drawings up-to-date and distributes them properly;
  • Maintains the archive of documents and drawings by preventing damage or damage and ensuring traceability;
  • Maintains files and control data according to the requirements of project procedures.

 Requirements:

  • Higher education - engineer, economist or administration;
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience;
  • Experience in working with office photocopiers;
  • Experience in an industrial enterprise;
  • Computer skills - MS Office 365- Word, Excel, Outlook; Power Point, Share Point Online, Teams, and Oracle Aconex – Advantage;
  • Very good command of English - Minimum B2 level;
  • Familiar with the phases of capital projects and the main methods of archiving and administering information;
