Our headquarters and manufacturing facility in China were established in 2011, and today we employ more than 250 staff members. In 2025, our annual turnover reached approximately USD 30 million.

In July 2025, we established our Serbian subsidiary to serve as our regional hub for Serbia and the wider Balkan market, focusing on the sales and promotion of our warehouse and material handling equipment.

We provide high-quality electric logistics solutions that are widely used in warehouses, logistics centers, manufacturing plants, supermarkets, and other industrial applications. As we continue to expand our business across Serbia and the surrounding Balkan region, we are looking for a proactive, motivated, and ambitious individual to join our growing team.

Position: Marketing & Sales Assistant
Primary Work Location: Beogradskog bataljona 4, Banovo Brdo, Belgrade, Serbia

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone call, report customer requirements to the company, and follow up on order progress.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Prepare quotations and assist with order processing and tracking.
• Translate business documents, including price lists, contracts, and shipping documents (English - Serbian).
• Coordinate logistics and customs clearance procedures, including assisting with the preparation of basic customs documentation.
• Perform other administrative and sales support duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience: Highly motivated candidates with strong learning abilities are welcome to apply. Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales assistance is preferred.
• Language: Native Serbian; English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email) with basic data entry and document management skills.
• Attitude: Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a customer-service-oriented mindset. Willingness for occasional local short-distance travel and long-term career stability. 【Most Important part】
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the local logistics, industrial, or warehousing sectors is a plus. Knowledge of electric pallet jacks and stackers is a significant advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Structure: 700–1,200 EUR net/month.
• Total Annual Earnings: Estimated at no less than 12,000 EUR per year.
