JOB DESCRIPTION - RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

As our Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility is to lead the people hiring process inline with the Coficab's business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify recruitement needs in collaboration with process owners and managers.
• Prepare and launch recruitement campaing including job fairs, external providers, internet fairs, etc.
• Perform initial Preselection of candidates.Conducts candidates interviews & evaluation.
• Administer interneship and graduate programs.
• Recommend on the job initiation training program for new hires.
• Update people records on the Information System (related to new hire).
• Prepare, communicate and review Recrutement KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans. of processes, procedures and systems in line with the HR Department and company's objectives.
• Complie with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complie with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree and up  in human resources or business administration
• Bachelor's  degree in any other field (Finance, Accounting, Administration, Operational)  but with good knowledge of recruitment and people development processes

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 2 to 3 years experience in HR similar position

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Functional and Technical Competencies,
• Recrutement process (Launch recruitment compaign, conduct interviews..),
• Internal Communication, 
• Quality & EHS systems Awareness,
• Psychometrics analysis skills,
• Business Processes Awareness

LANGUAGE & SOFTWARE SKILLS:

• MS Office Softwares (Excel, Words, PPT, ..),
• HRIS & HR applications proficiency.
• English is a must.
