Project Manager (m/f)

Crucial role for the successful candidate will be customer liaising on projects to assure success throughout entire customer life cycle. Position holder will be responsible for management of project, typically involving the implementation of business SW solutions to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.The successful candidate will:

• Create and execute an accurate project work plan and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Effectively apply our methodology, enforce project standards and best practices to accelerate project delivery
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Identify and forecast revenue and resource requirements and assign team members responsibilities for the duration of the project
• Adhere to deadlines and communicate weekly project status reports, issues, alerts, signoffs and closure to the team, management and the customer
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
• Minimize our exposure and risk on projects
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
• Assure overall customer satisfaction through project health checks and surveys

Your background should include:

• Banking and BI knowledge
• Knowledge of Project Management Practice procedures and tools
• At least one year of proven experience on similar position
• Excellent facilitation skills, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues

• Understanding the needs of users, experts and management.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to listen and navigate conversation and ability to communicate to customers with various technical backgrounds.
• Logical approach to problem solving.
• Fluent written and verbal English is a must, as well as knowledge of Serbian language.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and organizations.
• Mobility, as this position will involve frequent travel, domestically and internationally.
