We are looking for:

Software Support / Test / QA Engineer

That will provide operational support to software development team and technical support via phone, email, web-based chat, and remote access sessions to our customers and make thousands of our clients and license holders much, much happier.

Ideal candidate has:

• Proficiency with Internet and Internet Applications (2+ years experience in web environment) with fine understanding of  Web and cutting - edge trends
• Strong personality, initiative, and motive to advance in the profession
• Good command of English
• Ability to communicate effectively both in person and on the phone/email while maintaining high level of professionalism
