Assistant Manager
General description of the job:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for the document management of the company and ensure the protocol activities, management agenda and customer/partners visit logistic and accommodation.
The Assistant Manager:
- Responsible for the reception day to day activities
- Welcome the customers and /or partners of the company
- Plan and arrange the meetings, plan an organize business travel and other business events for the members of the team
- Office management activities
- Responsible for the office small inventory acquisition and monitor the supplier invoices
- Responsible with the reception communication, by phone, fax, post or other communication forms
- Responsible for the all administrative activities of the company
- Support the management daily activitiy
Educational /Experience requirements:
- Higher education
- + 3 overall working year experience
- + 1 year experience as Assistant
- International experience is a plus
- English language is a must
- Serbian language is a must
- Other foreign language is a plus
- IT literate
Soft skills requirements:
- Good IQ intelligence level
- Customer focused
- Ready to learn and fast accommodation to the business environment
- Very good communication skills
- Organize, plan , monitor and follow up skills
- Serious, rigorous and very structured profile
- Team spirit
- Integrity
The Assistant Manager will report to the Country Director of Teamnet Business Solutions
