Tech Lead

Join Brands is looking for a Tech Lead to strengthen our development team. Join Brands is a fast-growing influencer platform that brings influencers and brands together.

• Lead a team of developers, (front, back, mobile, sysadmin, QA) in delivering high quality software solutions.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time by managing and tracking progress through project management tools
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers
• Evaluate developer performance, set goals, and foster career growth within the team.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Solve complex technical problems and provide hands-on support when needed.
• Ensure the team delivers scalable and high-performing systems.
• Always looking for ways to optimize processes and coding output.
• Maintain clear communication between developers, upper management.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead in a fast-paced development environment.
• Experience with modern PHP, Vue.js, AWS, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Able to work on more than one project at a time.
• Ability to find new talent such as QA and developers.
