Your job specification

• Self-dependent optimization and further development of existing test strategies and testing systems for new and existing electronics assemblies under quality and economical aspects
• Support of series production and self-depending implementation of corrective actions, e.g. optimization of process parameters
• Responsibility for implementation of new test technologies and equipment concerning technical responsibility e.g. AOI, ICT, FPT, EOL during industrialization of engineering projects
• Bringing series testing know-how to engineering in implementation of new testing technologies and equipment. This includes PCB design and definition of testing strategies as well as cooperation for P-FMEAs
• Selection of new measuring and testing equipment incl. definition of specifications and carrying out of approval test at suppliers and internally
• Generation and maintenance of production documentation (process descriptions, process parameters, maintenance instructions, training instructions, etc.)
• Generation of project and procurement orders

Your profile

• Studies in Electrical or Electronic engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position
• Knowledge of testing technologies as ICT (in circuit test), FPT (flying probe test) und EOL (end of line test / functional test)
• Knowledge in AOI (automated optical inspection) systems
• Knowledge in analogue and digital circuit technology as well as bus systems CAN, LIN, automation and programming
• Fluent English language skills
