Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative colleague who would be the key operative contact for Supply Chain related aspects for an assigned portfolio of customers. Permanent member of Account Teams where relevant, drives continuous improvement, customer loyalty (supply chain related) and service level, while securing proper supply chain integration and efficiency. Anticipates and deploys actions to improve customer experience.

The position is based in Belgrade, Serbia.

What you will do

Drive customer Supply Chain integration and engagement within Sales team

  • Manage customer-facing supply chain activities for allocated customer list depending on segmentation 
  • Identify customer demand patterns and build the best fit Supply Chain solution to fulfill it
  • Secure Supply Chain representation within Sales account teams where required
  • Understand and build supply chain elements / actions into the account plans in alignment with defined CRM objectives
  • Drive CX activities and Common Agenda for the relevant accounts
  • Visits to customers depending on customer segmentation, for Key Accounts: develop customer understanding and relationships through regular physical visits to customers sharing a specific Supply Chain Agenda; upon need / demand for other accounts
  • Drive forecasting process with the customer in cooperation with Sales team

Secure OFPM operations at customer level

  • Point of escalation for Back Office when customer contact is required
  • Point of contact for Customers on any related operational questions
  • Able to execute all order management & design master data accuracy related activities and secure Customer Supply Chain related information are up to date (Master Data)
  • Synergy with internal functions like planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, technical service
  • Drive WCM improvement activities from customer perspective
  • Focused KPI´s (customer dashboard)

We believe you have

  • Requires knowledge of order and design management theory and principles within a professional discipline and end to end technical / operational practices built through job experience
  • Minimum of 2 years operational experience
  • Good knowledge of OM/DM primary process and tools as well as customer/country specifics
  • Good understanding of Sales and CM process
  • Good knowledge of WCM Methods and application
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent Serbian and good English language skills are mandatory
