Starting cooperation with a globally recognized multinational company, Trizma is looking to hire high language skilled candidates to provide quality support to different European markets, on the following position:

Talent Acquisition Consultant

Mandatory knowledge:

German and English language – advanced understanding, speaking and writing.

Candidate profile and qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English language
• Recruiting or candidate research/sourcing experience
• Advanced understanding with experience in Internet Research techniques
• Experienced in sourcing and recruiting talent as indicated by client's grade level designation
• Software application experience to include MS Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Taleo), and Internet
• Excellent communication skills
• High level efficiency, problem solving attitude, precision and attention to detail
• Responsible with good organizational skills
• Highly motivated with team spirit
• Well-developed computer skills
• The target audience/client for this role would be Hiring Managers

General Responsibilities:

• Working from job requisitions and direction from the Manager of Talent Acquisition
• Tracks and maintains active pipeline of candidates
• Completes focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal Applicant Tracking System, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites, etc.
